We sold a car recently. A Progressive insurance claims adjuster called us a month later. The adjuster told us the car was in an accident. Seems the buyer found an insurance card we left behind in the car and gave it to the police officer. We told the adjuster we sold the car. Confused and unsure what was going to happen, we called our Anew Insurance Agent. They checked the claims adjusters notes and helped us through the process. In the end the claim was denied and we didn't have to do anything else. The people at Anew helped us through a really unusual experience. We highly recommend everyone at Anew Insurance Agency!
